With this being opening day at my blog, I am leaving much to
fate. Though I am hesitant to admit my lack of computer expertise,
especially in an age of advancing technology, I must confess that I am baffled by how
my blog even works. Having no idea what my first post will look
like just adds to the wonderment of it all and, though it opens me to
condemnation from the blogging geniuses of the world, I will proceed
with a humble dignity and a childish ignorance.
The world is not always a blissful place and my topics may cover tragic events and persecuted people, but I also promise to search for joyous, happy situations of the world--even if they are cleverly disguised or difficult to detect.
The angel who rides on my shoulder has assured me that I am not alone as I share my thoughts on topics that catch my attention, take my breath away, make me jump for joy, force my tears to flow, make my stomach queasy, boil my blood, fry my ass or compel me to speak out about matters that some may say are none of my business.
I welcome any remarkable souls who wander to my blog by accident or incident.
